Hi everyone, I'm so glad that it's May. Sorry I haven't been writing, but I have been very busy with school, dance, and getting ready for a talent show. School is almost out and then we have summer! I am getting out on the 3rd of June. The wolves are doing well and most of the males have just been neutered. We brushed some of them to help them get rid of their winter coats, especially since the heat is coming. Tioga seemed to like it at first, but then he started to try and eat the brush. We also brushed Glacier, Casper, Chipper, Niksa, and Kojak. The wolves have been staying out of the sun and under their sheds instead. In the summer, we always have to fill their water buckets more often. They still look forward to their meat though. Pretty soon, there's going to be a lot of activities going on around the sanctuary. We have additional weekday tours, so check our calendar if you are interested in joining one of them. You may do so as long as it doesn't say "private tour". The cats are doing fine, too.The Music and Arts with the Wolves event is on June 2oth. There will be a number of activities for kids, including face painting, feather scent identification, and fur identification. I fecently saved 7 toads out of the holes on the hill last weekend. The holes are so that we can put in more fencing. Soon, we'll be able to have tours up there, and you will be able to meet Billy and Galahad. I can't wait for summer so that I can spend more time with the wolves. I hope that you are as excited as I am. See ya, Kyla from Kids Wolf Talk : )
